Christian Comair is a Lebanese-Canadian engineer who was born in September 1962. Over the course of an extraordinarily successful career, he has amassed extensive experience of overseeing large-scale construction and renovation projects. Drawing on a wealth of skills and expertise, Kristian Comair has contributed to the creation and restoration of resorts, hotels, palaces, castles and municipal buildings, as well as working on vital infrastructure projects such as wastewater treatment plants and water supply pipelines.
Adept at organising and conducting coordination meetings with contractors and acting authorities and liaising with the public, Christian Comair’s technical and leadership skills have enabled him to oversee the creation of both landmark buildings and critical infrastructure. An expert in environmental engineering, he was a professor at the Université Saint-Joseph – Ecole supérieure d’ingénieurs de Beyrouth.
As the indirect owner of GET Contracting Company, an organisation headquartered in Qatar, Christian Comair leads a company providing a broad range of innovative design and construction services covering an array of specialties. Services offered by GET Contracting Company include everything from design, infrastructure and landscaping to facility management and marine works
GET Contracting Company has been proud to lead numerous turnkey development projects, serving as a trusted partner to its clients. To date, the organisation has spearheaded projects culminating in the creation or renovation of palaces, castles, hotels, resorts and villa complexes, as well as restoring important municipal buildings.
Prior to establishing his own company, Christian Comair held several important positions, working for prestigious companies and contributing to groundbreaking projects. He worked for ENB Ltd Consulting Engineers from 1994 to 2000, during which time he was responsible for overseeing the initial stages of Lebanon’s National Emergency Recovery Program.
